No. The receiver needs to be connected to a LAN port on a modem in order to upload the data collected so you must have a broadband modem/router.

Your receiver will only transmit data from your dog if it is plugged into a broadband router. If you only have mobile data, or no modem to plug the receiver into, you are currently unable to use Heyrex.
